Week 5 of the NFL Pick’em pool brought us the first round of byes, a game in London, and plenty of action to keep us all on the edge of our seats. With 86 participants in the mix, only Jaker managed to navigate the chaos with a league-best 12 correct picks, taking home the win this week. It wasnât an easy task, but they stood tall when others faltered!

While Jaker stole the show, others like Sid and ScottC made a valiant push toward the top but just missed out, finishing only a single pick behind.
KevinSt came out of the gate swinging hard but faltered in the afternoon to just miss winning the week.
Standouts and Surprises:
- Surprise!: The game that surprised the most users seems to be Arizona vs San Francisco. Only 6 participants like Ronny and Steve correctly picked Arizona, which indicates that most users did not expect them to win. Arizonaâs underdog win caught many by surprise, making it the standout upset of the week in the pool!
- Heartbreaker of the Week: The Seattle Seahawks were the “Heartbreaker” with 83 people taking a hit on their loss. Seattle was also the team that had the most picks.
- Sure Shot of the Week: A majority of people were confident in Chicago’s chances, with 79 people being rewarded for that faith.
- Monday Night Scoring: With 42 points being the most commonly predicted combined score for Monday nightâs KC vs NO clash, many were very close to the result of 39 (26-13). Kenzen and TerryM both picked perfectly, though it didn’t come into play this week.
